I feel sorry for this poor guy. It costs almost $100 dollars to renew
registrations every year. He was not drinking, doing drugs, and didn't
have anything on him. Just because he's black, he got screwed over. I've
actually fled the police and got stopped and the State Trooper just wrote
me for 70 in a 60. Just sad. I pity this racist cop!

You must have never seen this episode of "Cops" so you don't know that you
are totally WRONG. This dude was super jacked on crack cocaine AND he had
some in his possession. The cop knew it from the git-go because of his
eyes and his demeanor. Not everyone is a racist dude.
