It is evident from this video that the racist power structure is being perpetuated by those who are victimized by it the most ie. young black males. The racist beliefs and economic systems which allowed so-called white "Christians" to bring slaves to the New World still exist. You can see how they have impacted the African-American family structure in this video. The violence whites perpetrated against blacks centuries ago is still echoing, transformed as it may be into an oppressive economic-legal system and aggression-producing normative values. In general, most whites have more money and live in communities with a lot more money than many blacks, which means they end up getting better jobs easier and they living in more stable and comfortable environments....why?? because there generally is more money flowing through white neighborhoods.
