I hope they just tried to get the bear go another way, like if it was going
towards their village or something. If not then they should get rocks
thrown at them.
BTW the bear was extremely exhausted.

its back legs were broken. if you watch it closely its rearend never stands
up to match its shoulders. why do you think it couldnt get up the bank and
run away.

Damn bear is exhausted from fighting those rapids. It stayed in the water
to try and avoid what terrified it, but the 6astards wouldn't even let 'em
rest. Definitely wasn't hurting anyone. I'd like to see those fools try and
do that with a bear cub. There'd be no one left to tell the tale.
