I have trouble with this one...dumbass spits on him then cowers. Obviously,
he shouldn't have ever spit on the guy. It's apparently all he can do. I
am a cop...and I would never, nor have I seen anyone I worked with, spit
on someone.

Ya I don't think that guy was a Police Officer, just some meter maid. And
what the heck was he thinking by doing that. He will be back to mowing
yards when his bosses see that.

Even meter guys should still conduct themselves accordingly. Mr spitter's
lucky the guy didn't beat him down for that.
