Then he should have gone to the DMV and filed a report or downloaded one from the internet and sent it in. The guy that ripped in half should put some iodine on the cuts and seen a doctor. Also, its not the drivers jobs to stop and check on the guy. There are safty crews and emergency workers that are responsible for accidents such as this. If a couple of drivers stopped, not only would they pose a risk to the others that didnt, they would most likely be in the emergency crews way. Quote | Post New
