Its The University of Iowa. I would know, I go there. These guys are
retards, this was filmed the day we played Ohio State (huge game) and they
coulda gotten so many more people if they were around the stadium, instead
they are between the chemistry building and the administration building.
Dumbasses.

is that they got on campus for a big game in the big 10? at my SEC school,
it looks like mardi gras every sat afternoon in the fall.

Whats that first sentence? Yeah its pretty crazy in the fall here as well.
I live about half a mile from the stadium and on game days you dont need
the TV on to hear whats happening. Not to mention about a 5-block radius
of the stadium looks like a tornado hit it. Disaster area.
