It IS a bad message He says he is doing this to uphold American values but the thing he preaches is directly OPPOSITE of American values on speech. Check the Declaration of Independance where all men are created equal, not just those who speak English. Check the US Constitution where freedom of speech is granted to all, not just those who speak English. Rocker is not a patriot, he is not a super-nationalist, he is not a good American -- he is a bigot preaching thinly veiled intolerance and cultural supremacy. I say SPEAK FREELY.
