Uh, I don't think this is Mexico. I could be wrong but I'm guessing this is
in Columbia or San Paolo. One of the Spanish speaking sectors down in South
America at any rate. (Which explains the white looking guys) It also
explains how there was that much Cocaine readily available, because you
couldn't get that much pure dope in Mexico if you tried. That much Cocaine
would cost more then most cities in Mexico have but would cost pennies in
South America.

Holy xxxx that was a ton of coke. Definitely not in the US. That was
probably $2000 in blow and people in that type of ghetto cannot afford it
here. However in South America (and other places) that xxxx flows like
water at a 10th the price it does here.

This might be taking place in Brazil due to the Portuguese subtitles. It's
different there and the white guy is not totally out of place.
I think the subtitles say the first guy is having an overdose and doesn't
have anyone to take care of him. The second guy says, "Thanks to God and
the people that threw this event." The next subtitle says, "This here
is to show the people that it [this] does happen, understand?" The
final one says, "This doesn't have a governor, this doesn't have a
president, this doesn't have a councilman, it doesn't have police, it has
nothing."
I'm going to go live there for a while... not for that reason though! :-P
If anyone else goes, I've been advised to not have anything to do with
drugs or drug people...
