The peoel were cheering due to the kid not being seriously hurt. As bad as
it looked, it was an accident and wtf is a child doing on the field? Or on
the sidelines. He should have been held by his parent cause if you notice
everyone bolted out of the way, where was the parent?

This story has been all over fox news. Keep up to date and you'd see that
the player that hit the kid stood by concerned until the kid was carted
off the field.

That black dude was lucky there were witnesses and camera when he
accidently hit that kid. If that had been in LA, the SWAT team would be
giving him a beat down as we speak. Hell, if that game was in Alabama
they might of given him a beat-down despite the accidental nature of the
event. Also, since the kids parents are white there will be no charges
filed against them for putting their kid in harm's way. Let black parents
do that and social services would be all over their asses.
