This boy is fighting cancer, most likely a brain tumor. His moon face,
which is what is referred to as, is due to steroid and radiation therapy.
I know this because my 7 yr old went through the same thing. You should
have some respect for this kid for having a sense of humor in the midst of
something that may kill him.

I wish, but his newly grown hair, massive stretch marks, super red cheeks
are all indicative of this. I saw this same thing with my bro when he had
brain cancer. This kid looks almost identical to my bro. It's sad

They gain a ton of weight in a matter of a month and it's incredibly
painful and ignorant SOB's make fun of him for looking fat when he's
fighting for his life.

Everybody is assuming he has a medical condition. Maybe he does, maybe he
doesn't. Seeing how fat kids are getting now days, you never know?

Personally, I think he is absolutely adorable. If he is sick, that is no
one's business but his parents!!!! Picking on a little boy just shows a
person's maturity level!!! Grow up!!!
