Ok..this guy is an idiot. Police don't want suspects talking on phones
during stops because then 50 turdballs show up to assault police go get
their friend off...so hang the damn phone up. Anyway, this guy's an
idiot.

of his constitional rights and liberties while the dip-xxxxs write the

actually rifhjn you are way off base, when you are engaged with police your
constitutional rights are limited and your miranda rights are envoked. You
have to do what they say whether you like it or not.

Exactly, while you are under a lawful custodial stop you must obey lawful
commands given by police.This guy was obstructing plain and simple.

xxxxING COPS! Yes, the guy did have an attitude, but the cops now days are
a little too eager to taze people. And then there is the female cop, they
really think they're tough when they are in the company of a male cop.
It's a "power" trip.

actually pocohome-you don't have a clue- you have to be placed under arrest
to be read your miranda rights- and at that time your constitutional rights
are limited - read the 4th amendment you dumb cop
