Not only did they train, fight and live togther. but they had sex with each other as well with many of them wearing makeup into battle. Which was not uncommon in ancient times. The Greeks at Troy may have had male lovers but all of the spartans did as well. That is how they rolled at that time. This movie is about 300 spartans basically kicking the xxxx out of thousands of persians.... not a single gay or anti-gay thing about it... just another kick ass flick from the mind of Frank Miller.
