This is faked. The camera jerks badly so that you never see the ax hit his
foot. The next shot shows him laying on the ground but the injury is never
seen. No blood is visible. It's a complete fake.

jackass climbed up and he took off half his foot. At 1:05 when he is
laying on the ground you can see half his shoe is gone moron.
