This guy is retarded. But there is a guy who really does cut your hair
with fire. He uses a no-drip candle. I saw it on Real TV one time.

No, the guy on Real TV did it to a few different types of hair. Of course
if you have a bunch of chemicals in you hair, it wouldn't be a good idea.
