As a rocket surgeon I can assure you This driver was doing everything
he/she could. We're a cross between a rocket scientist and a brain
surgeon).

I don't see what the big deal is. He slowed down when he was driving the
wrong way and he only hit the barrier wall once. Personally, I always use
my emergency flashers when I'm driving the wrong way down an interstate.
