i seen this on t.v.it has no firing pin and does not use bullets.just gun
powder and lead.it uses electricity to spark the powder thus creating a
gun shooting the speed of light

The gun does not shoot "at the speed of light", it is rather able to score
immensely high cyclic rates of fire.
The Technology is called "Electronically initiated stacked projectile
weapon technology".

Sure it's very effective against a single target, but what happens when you
miss or have two targets? How long does it take to reload?
