Sue? I dunno where this is, but in Indiana it's illegal for bikes to be on
sidewalks. They are treated as normal vehicles and as such should be in
the right lane.

First law the bicycler broke was riding on the sidewalk. Second law the
bicycler broke was not stopping at the intersection. Third law the
bicycler broke was he did not ride defensively. I wish that bicycler would
have been ran over. This looks like a rip off scam to me.
