Well...I don't see any hippies, but I do see a nosy old man who would've
been laid out WITH his wife had I been the guy carving the tree...

Ya...carving something in the side of a tree doesn't justify that. Taking
the property and assaulting the kid when he tried to get it back is way
not good. If he were carving someone's car or something...maybe. Dumb
old man and wife I'm guessing are gonna be whining to the judge on this
one.

Ya...after watching this again, I'd be arresting the older couple. Maybe
charge the idiot kid with MDOP of the tree...but the strong arm robbery
and assault are not justified for carving initials or whatever in tree
bark.
