Actually, no they aren't. Clubs are privately owned, and open to the
public, as soon as you are unwelcome by the owner of the property, he has
all the right to ask you to leave; which is what the bouncers do, if you
refuse, YOU'RE breaking the law and the bouncers can do whatever the xxxx
they want.
